An invitation to attend the CORA Book Party

For the last three years, members of the Committee for Relevant Art (CORA) have thrown a bash for the nominees of the Nigeria (NLNG) Prize for Literature and this year you are invited.

It will be a fun afternoon of author readings, lively discussions and even performances of some of the nominated books. Bring the little ones and meet Nigeria's latest generation of children's writers, including our very own Ayodele Olofintuade, author of Eno's Story.

The event will take place on Sunday, Aug. 14th at Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, from 2pm to 6pm.

CORA is made up of artists, writers and all sorts of creative types who are committed to developing the arts in Nigeria. They are folks behind the upcoming Lagos Book & Art Festival, a four-day programme of readings, art and craft displays, workshops, book exhibitions, live music and dance.
