Cassava Republic authors head workshop

Acclaimed author Diana Evans, and British-Sudanese novelist, Jamal Mahjoub are teaching at this year’s edition of the International Creative Writing Workshop organized by Fidelity Bank Plc. and held at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

The workshop, which will be anchored for the second time in two years by prize-winning novelist, Helon Habila, began on June 18th and is scheduled to end on Satuerday, June 27th. Students and members of the public are invited to attend the workshop's closing ceremony to be held on Sunday, June 26th. It will feature a public symposium with readings from the authors and a panel discussion. For more information, click here.
